MacKenzie asked if she could do my nails tonight after she initially asked if she could do hers. One look at her nails and I should have FLAT OUT said NO. Well actually, I think I did at first...but later agreed to let her do my toes since it is winter and all and I knew my feet wouldn't be out. OH BOY do my feet look a hot mess right now. Gossip Girl's Nail Studio (yes she named it that fast - and no she isn't a fan of gossip...that just happened to be in the name of the particular polishes she was using) is now shut down indefinitely. I've requested that she stay in school and no longer worry about her nail salon. After looking at her work...she agreed 100%, in fact she may have suggested the closure herself, now that I think back. She has opened a new shop called Imanimacks Beauty Salon where she is hoping to do makeup and hair. My advice? Stay far away! She just walked in with Fuchsia lip gloss and a high side pony tail...
Man...I don't even think we have nail polish remover...
No pictures...why? I'm embarrassed.

5 Random Bits About Toliver Mom - Part 2

1) There was a year in middle school that I only ate a large chocolate chip cookie, ice cream sandwich, and Capri Sun for lunch EVERYDAY. Thank God for youth, growth, and maturity. Lord knows I couldn't do that today!
2) I really wish I had more time to hang out with my girl friends.
3) I'm supposed to be doing the 30 Day Shred -- ummm...I'm going to have to start over!
4) I'm starting a photography class in a couple of weeks with my boss/friend! Super excited about that!
5) I can hardly believe it's time for me to start planning NiNa's first B-day Party. I haven't the slightest what we are going to do!

Wish List Wednesday
As a banker by day and at my age, I don't JUMP on every latest fashion trend...HOWEVER with that said...I really want a pair of cute nude colored heels! I feel like they are conservative enough for the office, yet fun enough for weekends too...not that I get to go out that much with 3 kiddos at home...but someday, right???
The pairs here are way out of my price range at over $500
But perhaps I can find something more afordable but with equal style...the search is on...I mean really how cute are they on NY Housewife Bethanny
Also...wishes do come true...my husband purchased me a nice new camera lens for Valentines Day! It's not the one that I had on here, it's actually a zoom lens The Canon EF 75MM - 300MM. I was hoping to eventually invest in that one too, but now, I'm one lens down! Yay me! Good Job KT!

The girls got to hang out with their cousins this weekend.
Nia found a Valentines Day sucker, opened it and began to lick away...No, I didn't let her finish it. Yes, I swiftly grabbed my camera to capture the moment...my girls are a mess!

I really wish Nina had a bigger room...then...their stuff would not have taken over our living room! Two of these are celebrity baby rooms. It was hard to find pics of twin rooms with lots of excess space...so perhaps I'm not alone...

5 Random Bits about Toliver Mom - Part 1
Over the next several weeks I hope to reveal several random bits about myself...Toliver Mom. I figure it may serve as a journey in self discovery or just simply as a way for others to get to know me better! I totally stole this idea from a Martha Wannabee :)
Random Bits Part 1
1) Water is my absolute favorite drink. Add a lemon to it and I'm a very happy lady! I could drink gallons and gallons
2) I want nothing in the world more for my hubby and girls than eternal salvation
3) White is my favorite color - it's so pure
4) I'm no good at doing my own hair
5) Before I had my twins - my stomach was my favorite body part...post twins considering the newly acquired twin skin, abdominal separation, and hernia...it's now my least favorite body part though I'd trade
that six pack for NiNa (Nia & Nala) any day. Oh how I love my babies :)

Why????
Why do the weekends fly by so fast? It's already midnight...tomorrow (today) is Superbowl Sunday...looking forward to President's Day next week...I LOVE PRESIDENTS almost as much as I love working for a bank...gotta love Bank Holidays :)
Today MacKenzie and I had a girls day out with her friend Mikaela. They had a really good time. We went to see The Tooth Fairy movie...it was cute (the part that I saw anyway...I was tired! I admittedly dozed off). We also went to our favorite pizza place - Hideaway Pizza and the PLAN was to go to church...we were too late to make it to the 5 p.m. service and so we went to TCBY and then stopped at my mom's to see if the babies wanted to go with us to the 7 p.m. service...after I nursed them, they both fell asleep. We decided to let them rest and PLANNED to make it the 7 p.m. service...we left 15 min til ... BIG mistake... there was lots of traffic and once I finally got on the highway, I went the wrong direction...so instead we decided to do a little shopping and then went to Incredible Pizza...oops...you have to pay for the buffet now even if you just want to play...I'm way too cheap to do that since we were already pretty full...we landed at Chuckie Cheese on a Friday night...one word...CRAZINESS!!!
All in all the girls had fun...and I'm glad. But I'm still wondering WHY oh WHY do my weekends go by oh so fast...
signing off now...although I planned to be home tomorrow a.m., I now have to go to church tomorrow (today)...3rd attempt should be successful (I pray!).

Wish List Wednesday
A new restaurant here in Tulsa in the Brookside District...
Because I love food...I went here for lunch and had a sandwich and salad...
The Sandwich - Roasted turkey breast, havarti, cranberry and orange chutney, butter lettuce, and sage mayonnaise on whole wheat bread (1/2 size)
The Salad - Mesclun greens with paper onions, brioche croutons, and herb balsamic vinaigrette (1/2 size)
OMG!!! It was to die for and quite honestly...I could eat it all over again!
Ok...and I had dessert too. I shared the Fresh Fruit Crisp with my lunchmate.
The Dessert - Seasonal fruit with crisp and cobbler topping baked to order and topped with homemade Madagascar Bourbon vanilla bean gelato...Yummy!
And Because I'm admittedly slightly lazy...
iRobot 560 Roomba Vacuuming Robot
Since I can't afford to have someone clean my house...can I at least get this thing so that I can keep my carpet vacuumed minus the effort??? At $450 - it will remain on the wish list...a few years ago we were conned into spending $$$$$ on a Kirby Vaccuum...it's a great vaccuum don't get me wrong, but we still have to do all the work.
